Ray Tompkins has practiced law for 45 years, before all Federal District Courts in OKlahoma, the 4th, 9th and 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has now limited his practice to arbitration, mediation, and community facilitation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.

I have purchased and remodeled properties since 1970.  Securing a construction degree from OSU, I built the largest commercial and residential inspection company in Oklahoma.  The first Master Inspector in Oklahoma and one of 12 Master Instructors named by NAHB.  I have served as an expert witness, consultant, or arbitrator in hundreds of cases.
